A spur of the moment decision for a quiet one or 2 on a Thursday night turned into a great session in the company of some of the "country" gang!
The local pub tends to get ignored by most of us, we just forgot about it really when we started to branch out into the town or even the city.
It was lovely to enjoy a bit of catching up with some people I grew up with and have a bit of a sing song and a few glasses of vino. It was so nice just to sit chatting and listen to what started with 3 people playing music turn into about 10 people in the end playing different instruments and singing some Irish songs. I might make it a regular Thursday night thing :) xo
